►SHIPPING: Choosing a faster shipping option will make the delivery faster but will not speed up the processing time. If you have a deadline, contact us before placing an order. There may be a rush fee if you need your order shipped out faster than the current processing time. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

►RETURN POLICY: We accept returns and exchanges on undamaged, unworn, unwashed items as long as you contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs and we do not accept returns on custom orders. To minimize the chance of a return, please read the entire item description including size information and find your size by comparing your measurements to the size chart.
►INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
►SALES TAX: will be charged to California residents. We are located in Sacramento so you will be charged the current Sacramento county sales tax rate.
►COMMUNICATION: Please check your email regularly in case we need to contact you about your order. We will email you an order receipt after you purchase an item. We will also email you tracking information as soon as we ship the order. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to be updated.
►OTHER TERMS: If you place an order and then request a customization or an order deadline that we cannot make, we will cancel and refund your order. To avoid this, contact us about customizations and deadlines before placing an order.
